Doctors
Dr. Archibald R. Morris
Dr. Morris is a 1984 graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and a thirty-one year member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Morris is the proud parent of five and husband to Susan Morris, and their families have been lifelong residents of the Ebensburg area. His interests include hunting and fishing, wild life and game land preservation. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Farmer’s Bureau Association and currently owns and maintains a working beef farm near his office in Ebensburg. During his career, Dr. Morris has been committed to giving back to his community, church, and local schools through charitable contributions and acts. Dr. Morris has received a Fourth Degree of the Knights of Columbus, is a member of the Color Corps, and is a current member of the Infant See and Vision USA programs. Dr. Morris’s optometric interests include family eye care services, contact lenses, and comprehensive examinations for diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Dr. Morris provides full scope optometric eye care and is currently accepting new patients.
Dr. Piper
Dr. Piper is a life-long resident of Hollidaysburg, PA. He graduated from Hollidaysburg Area High School in 2004. He then attended Washington and Jefferson College and earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2008 majoring in Psychology. He entered optometry school at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2009. During his optometry training, Dr. Piper served externships at the Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation in Bethel, Alaska and the Chesapeake Eye Center in Salisbury, Maryland. Upon graduating optometry school, Dr. Piper returned home to practice excellent vision care in July 2013. In addition to general optometry care, Dr. Piper is Board Certified in therapeutics and glaucoma treatment. He is also well versed in contact lens technology and pediatric care. Dr. Piper is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.
Staff
Deanna, Office Manager
Deanna is a 1997 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown where she received a Bachelor of Science degree. Deanna’s numerous office responsibilities include managing the office, billing, and claims, and ordering contact lenses. Deanna was awarded “Paraoptometric of the Year” in 2003. She is a proud wife and mom and lifelong resident of the area. Deanna began working for Dr. Morris in 1997 and has been working here for over 20 years.
Crystal, Optometric Assistant
Crystal is an Optometric Assistant with fourteen years of experience in eye care. Crystal was awarded “Paraoptometric of the Year” in 2013. Crystal is a proud wife and mom.
Becky, Optometric Assistant
Becky is Optometric Assistant that joined the practice in August of
2016. She graduated from Mt Aloysius in 2015 as a Medical Assistant. In
her spare time she enjoys coaching track and basketball.
